Candidates
We source candidates from around the globe. We choose those to work with that are ethical, hardworking, and understand how Americans work and communicate to ensure for a successful long term business relationship.
Most of our candidates are VA’s, with many offering different specialties in areas such as IT, Accounting, Marketing, etc. Looking for something else? We can source for most jobs that can be done remotely upon request.
Selection Process
We source candidates from reliable sources and interview those that could be a good fit. Those that pass the initial interview are given assessments to test basic skills, DISC personality type, and language skills. Those with favorable scores are kept in our pool and offered to clients to interview based on the clients’ specific needs. From there, our clients select a candidate to become their new Team Member, and the onboarding process begins.
The first 30 days of engagement is considered an evaluation period in which we will facilitate the relationship as needed. We complete an annual review with each of our clients to evaluate their Team Members. If needed, our client’s can request a replacement at any time.
Team Member Relationship
Your Team Member is 100% your staff member in terms of the day to day functionality of your relationship. You will work directly with them on a daily basis without our intervention, and assign and manage their work as you would any employee.
